👋 Introduction
This project was a complete visual redesign of the Staff Augmentation service page for NewAgeSysIT. The previous version of the website felt outdated and content-heavy, making it difficult for users to clearly understand the offering. The goal of this redesign was to modernize the look and feel while clearly communicating the service value from the very first screen.
💼 My Role
I was the only designer on this project, so I handled everything from the overall look to the small visual details. We kept the original font, but I changed the color palette, moving from a light theme to a darker, more modern look that fit the brand better. To make the design feel fresh and contemporary, I used aura light effects and glassmorphism, which gave the interface a smooth, modern vibe.

🤯 The problem
There was a large volume of information that made the layout feel cluttered, with a risk that users would perceive it as a mess rather than a clear, structured experience.
The existing website design was visually outdated and did not reflect a modern tech or staff augmentation brand, even though the content itself was still strong.
The design system lacked cohesive components and continuity, leading to repetitive patterns and inconsistent visual hierarchy, and the hero section was not clearly conveying the staff augmentation message.

💡Solution
Led the visual direction of the redesign in collaboration with the SEO team, preserving key content while restructuring it into a more readable, aesthetically refined layout.
Built a new component-based design system (cards, carousel, tabs) to reduce repetition, maintain continuity across sections, and handle large amounts of content in a structured way.
